Abstract

This study examines the style of coaching and control in PT. Geprek Group Sragen. The purpose of this study is to examine and know (1) the influence of Coaching on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Control on Employee Performance (3) The influence of Couching and Control simultaneously on Employee Performance. The sample of this research is 100 employees through questionnaire with random sampling sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between Couching on Employee Performance and Control to Employee Performance. While F test shows the influence of simultaneously variable of Couching dan Control to Employee Performance.
