Abstract
Rubber force is one component of motor vehicles that serves to reduce vibration and reduce friction between the gear with rear wheel. In the automotive world is also called Damper RR, Wheel set is located on the rear wheel drive tromol. This research aims to find out the comparative quality of manufactured motorcycle made by motorcycle with homemade.The created compound consist of RSS 1, SBR, ZnO, Coumarone resin, Black Carbon, Stearic Acid, Parafin Wax, White Oil, Sulfur, Accelerator MBTS. All Ingredients mixed with milled use two rollmixing the end result is sheet, this is called compound. Than compound made so press in mold with temperature 160°C so presure 150 kg for 10 minute. Hardness test used Shore A hardness teste ISO 7619-1:2010 standart and pull test with SNI ISO 37:2015 standart. Result from test so sulfur and black carbon very dominant for hardness and tensile strength a compound. From composition compound 1 with content sulfur and black carbon 3/50 phr hardness values are obtained 63,4 and tensile strength 12,46 N/mm² composition compound 2 with content sulfur and black carbon 3,5/55 phr are obtained 67/12,88 N/mm², composition compound 3 are obtained sulfur and black carbon 4/60 phr are obtained 69,4 / 13,85 N/mm².
