Abstract
Discipline have role for company sustainable development and growth,such as to motivate employees to be disciplined in carrying out all work commad that given in groups of individuals. One of the factors that influence work discipline is the leader’s firmness. This study aims : 1. The relationship between leadership transformational and work discipline. 2. Level of transformational leadership style and work discipline. 3. The role of the transformational leadership style for the work discipline. The hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between the perception of transformational leadership style and work discipline. The research shown that employees population at PT Semarang Asrana Rekreasi Trusta THR Sriwedari amounted 70 employees. The method of data collection is using the scale of work discipline and the scale of transformational leadership style. The analysis result using the correlation of product-moment is (r) 0.228 and 0.023 (p & lt; 0.05). This shows that the hypothesis is correct for there is a significant positive relationship between the perceptions of transformational leadership style and work discipline. The level of perception of transformational leadership style is classified as low, the level of work discipline is classified as the high category. The level of perception toward the transformational leadership style is low, while the level of work discipline is high. Effective contribution from the perception of transformational leadership style is 5.19%
