Abstract
The Effectiveness of STAD and NHT Learning on the Outcomes of Physics Learning Viewed from the Critical Thinking Skills of Students in MAN 3 Boyolali on Elasticity Material of Class XI Even Semester. The aims of this research are: 1) Describe the difference outcome of physics learning with learning strategy from STAD and NHT learning; 2) Describe differences in outcome student learning in terms of students' critical thinking skills; 3) Describe the interaction of learning strategies and critical thinking skills of students on the outcome learning student. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with the aim to test the effectiveness of learning models of outcome physics learning in terms of students' critical thinking skills. This shows that students who have high critical thinking skills are able to get better than outcome of physics learning. Critical thinking skills show students' intellectual activeness in conceptualizing and evaluating the information conveyed by the teacher.
