Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Compensation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta partially or together. This type of research is a quantitative research, with a population of employees of PT. Iskandar Indah Printing Textile Surakarta as many as 100 employees, with a sample of 60 employees. Sampling using sampling technique saturated or total sampling. Methods of collecting research data using questionnaires with Likert scale. Data analysis technique used analysis of data instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression. Based on the result of calculation from T test, F test, showing the compensation and work discipline variable together have a significant influence on employee performance. Coefficient of Determination R² obtained result 0,854 mean variable of compensation and work discipline able to explain to variation of change of employee performance variable equal to 85,4%, the rest can be explained other variable not found in research model.
