Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of Dept Asset Ratio (DAR), Dept to Equity Ratio (DER), Long Dept to Equity Ratio (LDER), and Long-Term Dept Asset Ratio (LDAR) toward the Company’s Financial Performance. Population in this research is Manufacturing Companies which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this research the sampling technique using purposive sampling method. The samples in this method are 44 samples Food and Baverage Companies for the period of the years 2012-2015. The result of this study show that DAR, LDAR and LDER variables have partially significant influence to Company’s Financial Performance. DER variables does not have a significant partial influence on the Company’s Financial Performance . The results of the analysis the F-test shows variables DAR, DER, LDAR, and LDER together have a significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Company. The results of the test F is also show that the model used is fit.
