Abstract

The ethics of Islamic law in the marketing strategy of BMT Surya Madani products is essentially an economic behavior, which the agency does to attract customers with as creative as possible, this strategy does not have to refer to a rule but rather to the technique of an institution to market its products and remain ethical marketing well. Marketing strategy is a method related to marketing ethics which is based on Al-Quran and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad SAW, which later become a control in marketing ethics, in order to avoid sin or things that are prohibited by Islamic Shari'a such as usury, garar, wicked, or fraud in the products offered. The purpose of this study is to know the ethics of Islamic law, as well as knowing the marketing strategy of BMT Surya Madani products, is it appropriate Islamic marketing ethics? This research is field research with qualitative approach. The method used in data collection is by interview, documentation and observation. The analysis used is deductive method. The result of the research shows that Islamic law ethics in product marketing strategy of BMT Surya Madani has been able to help the economy of society, need each other and help in goodness, through various approaches BMT has been able to gain full trust from the community.
