Abstract
This study aims to examine the contribution of headschool leadership, teacher competence and teacher motivation on teacher performance. This type of research is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 140 teachers of Private Vocational High School in Purwodadi Subdistrict. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The results of this study shows: 1) Simultaneously the headschools leadership, teacher competence and work motivation affect teacher performance with significance of F test less than 0.05 is 0.000. 2) There was a significant contribution between headschools leadership and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 and a tcount of 6.132. 3) There is a significant contribution between teacher competence and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 and tcount 4.012. 4) There is a significant contribution between teachers motivation and teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 and tcount of 4.563. The greatest effective contribution in this study was 45.7% of headschool leadership. The rest is influenced by competence is 19.3% and motivation variable is 29.6% on teacher performance.
