Abstract
The success of an organization is closely related to the performance of its employees. performance is appropriate in this regard. Performance of employees is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by each employee in performing their duties according to the responsibilities given. Every organization or agency will always try to improve its employees, with the hope what the goals of the organization or agency will be achieved. This study aims to determine the significance of the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. Research method used in this research is quantitative research method with approach with survey method. Data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis.
