Abstract
Loyalty is the attitude that a person has to survive and be loyal to the Loyalty is the attitude that a person has to survive and be loyal to the company, employers and colleagues. Loyalty is very important in an organization. One of the factors that can increase employee loyalty is the high employee satisfaction. The purpose of this study to: 1) To determine the relationship between job satisfaction with employee loyalty 2) To determine the level of employee job satisfaction. 3) To know the level of employee loyalty. 4) To know the role of job satisfaction on employee loyalty. Subjects in this study amounted to 71 field employees PT.Patiware. The sampling technique of this study using purposive non random sampling. The measuring tools used in this study, the scale of job satisfaction and employee loyalty scale. Data analysis technique used in this research is statistical correlation technique Product Moment. Based on product moment correlation analysis obtained correlation coefficient (r) of 0.587 and sig p = 0.000 (p <0.01) which means there is a very significant positive relationship between satisfaction Work with employee loyalty. The relationship shows that the higher the employee job satisfaction, the higher the loyalty of employees to the company. The level of the job statisfaction in PT.Patiware employee is included in a high category, the empirical mean of the scale job statisfaction is 93,66, meanwhile the hypothetical mean of job statisfaction is 80. The level of employee loyalty is included in a high category, the empirical mean of is 124,10, meanwhile the hypothetical mean of employee loyalty is 100. The level of job statisfaction in PT.Patiware employee is included in a high category Effective contribution (SE) variable of job satisfaction with loyalty of employee equal to 34,4%, indicated by correlation (r2) = 0,344. There are 65,6% other variables that influence work loyalty besides job satisfaction
