Abstract
This study covers 2 objectives. (1) Explain the realization of the maxim of quality use in Jessica case trial. (2) Identify lingual markers on the maxim of quality. Data collection techniques that researchers take is by the method refer and the method of record. Data analysis techniques use qualitative and data snippets, data analysis, and inferences. The data analysis technique of this research is the flow analysis model. The results of research there are 2 things namely, (1) there is maxim quality 35 results of the discovery. (B) maxim quality of time 7 of the invention, (c) maximizing the quality of description 2 of the invention, (d) maximizing the quality of the object 7 of the invention, (e) the maximal quality (H) the maxim of quality of the invention, (h) the maxim of the quality of state 1 of the invention, (i) the maxim of the quality of the statement 3 of the invention, (j) the maximum quality of the person 2 results of the invention, (k) the maxim of the quality of demand 1 of the results of the invention. (2) There are 11 lingual markers of the invention. The researcher classifies into, (a) lingual markers of the number 2 of the invention, (b) a lingual marker of the time of the invention, (c) lingual markers of the invention, (d) lingual markers of the invention, (e) (H) lingual markers of activity 2 of the invention, (h) lingual markers of state 1 of the invention, (i) lingual markers of the 3 invention results, (j) lingual markers of persons 2 Findings, (k) lingual markers of demand 1 of the findings.
