Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, leadership style and work environment. The sample in this research is employees who work in Batik Semar which amounted to 45 respondents. Sampling technique in this research is with purposive sampling. Data analysis method used is Test Validity, relieblitas and multiple linear regression analysis test with t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). From the hypothesis test showed that the compensation and work environment have a significant influence on employee performance, while the Leadership Style variable has no significant effect on employee performance. In the f test shows that jointly compensation, leadership style, and work environment have a significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 38.4%.
