Abstract
ABSTRACT The study aims to analyze the influence of expected performance, social factors, business expectations and conditions that facilitate the user towards the use of computer-based information systems to employees working in BPR Surakarta and Sukoharjo areas. The sample in this study amounted to 63 employees who work on BPR in Surakarta and Sukoharjo. Sampling technique using purposive sampling that is sampling based on certain criterion. The data source used in this study is the primary data with the form of filling questioner. Method of data analysis used in this research that is method of multiple regression analysis. The data obtained is then analyzed using SPSS program. The result of this study indicate that expectations of performance, business expectations, social factors and conditions that facilitate users affect the use of computer-based information systems.
