Abstract
Bioplastic is environmentally friendly plastics made from renewable and can be degraded by microorganisms. Bioplastic is made using rubber cassava starch, plasticizer glycerol, and chitosan. The purpose of this study to know organoleptic bioplastic. This research using completely randomized design (CRD) with two factors, namely glycerol concentration ratio of 3 ml, 5 ml, 7 ml and chitosan is 1 g, 1.5 g, 2 g. The data were analyzed with descriptive qualitative. The results showed that organoleptic include texture (smooth 8 and 1 bit rough), color (8 brown and one brown), and the level of preference of 15 panelists on bioplastic.
