Abstract
Metal moulding is part of first industrial in manufakture field, consist of iron melted process and then liquid of metal dicorkan into space of mould and in the solidification until it froze. Cast iron FCD/dutile is made by by enchancing a few magnesium element, addition of this element it coused form cast iron graphite become FCD/ductile, or circule. Transformation of this grphite is following with resilient charge, so resilient of cast iron is increased. Hence of that, FCD cast iron is called resilient cast iron where the resilient is among 10%-20%. Sand casting is represent of dry sand printed mould caused rated of water in the printing mould is little. For that related research is very needed to planning and making of produck for permanet mould with material cast iron FCD/ductile, using sand casting CO2. Based of channel system calculation at under mould can resulted the value of gating system 3,91339 cm2, sprue with comparation formula 1:1 3,91339 cm2, high of infusion 10,966 cm, and decreased value 79.565,625 mm3. And undercarriage printed, in gating system 4,15368 cm2, sprue with comparation formula 1:1 4,15368 cm2, high of infusion 4,69 cm, and decreased value 37.130,625 mm3.
