Abstract

Results mathematics learning has an important role in the learning process. This is because the mathematics learning outcomes can be used as a benchmark to determine how far the changes on students after receiving their learning experience that can be observed and measured in terms of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. This study aims to: (1) Test the contribution of interest, facilities, and learning environment to the learning outcomes of mathematics indirectly through self-reliance, (2) Testing the contributions of interest, facilities, and learning environment towards independence, (3) Test the contributions independence of the results learn math. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study were all students of class IX SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura the academic year 2016/2017 as many as 266 students. Of the research sample of 160 students is determined by the formula solvin. The technique of collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Mechanical engineering analysis using path analysis (path analysis). Yield data class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Kartasura by categories of high, medium, low tend to have learning outcomes in the medium category with a large percentage of 71.875% or as many as 115 students from 160 samples. Learning independence in the medium category with a percentage of 70% or a total of 112 students from 160 samples. Interest in learning in the medium category with a percentage of 68.75% or a total of 110 students from 160 samples. The learning facilities in the medium category with a percentage of 68.125% or a total of 109 students from 160 samples. The learning environment in the medium category with a percentage of 66.25% or a total of 106 students from 160 samples. Conclusion The results of the study: (1) There is a contribution between the variables of interest, facilities, and learning environment of the mathematics learning outcomes indirectly through independent learning with a contribution of 44.8%, (2) There is a contribution between the variables of interest, facilities and learning environments the learning independence with a contribution of 44.6%, (3) There is a contribution between an independent variable math learning to the learning outcomes with a contribution of 31%.
