Did you mean: ABSTRAK PENGARUH MASA KERJA DAN TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN GURU TERHADAP PERSEPSI GURU DI SMA NEGERI SE- SUKOHARJO MENGENAI KURIKULUM 2013 TAHUN AJARAN 2014/2015 Novitasari, A 210 110 107, Progam Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi, Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, 2015. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Masa kerja terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri se- Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015. 2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan guru terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013 di SMA Negeri se- Sukoharjo tahun ajaran 2014/2015. 3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan guru terhadap persepsi guru di SMA Negeri se- Sukoharjo mengenai kurikulum 2013 tahun ajaran 2014/2015. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif yang kesimpulannya diperoleh berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMA Negeri se- Sukoharjo yang berjumlah 226 guru, dan sampel 135 guru diperoleh dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode angket dan dokumentasi. Sebelumnya angket yang telah diuji-cobakan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F, uji R2, dan sumbangan relatif dan sumbangan efektif. Hasil analisis regresi diperoleh persamaan regresi Y= 23,299 +0,122X1+0,928X2 yang artinya persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013 dipengaruhi oleh masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan guru. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh: 1) Ada pengaruh masa kerja terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh thitung>ttabel, yaitu 3,261>1,984 (α=5%) dan nilai signifikansi <0,05, yaitu 0,001. 2) Ada pengaruh tingkat pendidikan guru terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil uji t diperoleh thitung>ttabel, yaitu 3,573> 1,984 dan nilai signifikansi <0,05, yaitu 0,000. 3) Ada pengaruh masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan guru terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013. Berdasarkan hasil uji F diperoleh nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu 12,461> 3,00 dan nilai signifikansi <0,05, yaitu 0,000. 4) Variabel masa kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 7,2558%, variabel tingkat pendidikan guru memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 8,6372%, total sumbangan efektif adalah sebesar 15,9%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat pendidikan guru lebih dominan mempengaruhi persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013. 5) Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,159 menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh masa kerja dan tingkat pendidikan guru terhadap persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013 adalah 15,9% dimana sisanya 84,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Kata kunci: Masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan guru, persepsi guru mengenai kurikulum 2013 ABSTRACT EFFECT OF FUTURE WORK AND LEVEL OF PERCEPTION OF TEACHER EDUCATION TEACHERS IN SMA STATE OF CURRICULUM 2013 SE SUKOHARJO 2014/2015 ACADEMIC YEAR Novitasari, A 210 110 107, Accounting Education Study Program, the Faculty of Education, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta, 2015. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) To determine the effect on the perception of teachers working period of the curriculum in 2013 in SMA as Sukoharjo academic year 2014/2015. 2) To determine the effect of educational level of teachers to the teacher's perception of the curriculum in 2013 in SMA as Sukoharjo academic year 2014/2015. 3) To determine the effect of years of service and education levels of teachers to the teacher's perception in SMA as Sukoharjo the curriculum of 2013 school year 2014/2015. This research includes associative quantitative research whose conclusions obtained based on the statistical analysis. The population in this study are all teachers in SMA as Sukoharjo, amounting to 226 teachers and 135 teacher sample was obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collection techniques with methods of questionnaires and documentation. Previous questionnaire has been tested-piloted with validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, test R2, and the relative contribution and effective contribution. Results of regression analysis regression equation Y = 23.299 + 0,122X1 + 0,928X2 which means the perception of teachers about the curriculum in 2013 was influenced by the length of service and level of education of teachers. Conclusion: 1) There is the influence of tenure to teachers' perceptions about the curriculum of 2013. Based on the results of the t test obtained t> t table, namely 3.261> 1.984 (α = 5%) and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.001. 2) There is an effect on the perception of the level of teacher education teachers regarding curriculum, 2013. Based on the results of the t test obtained t> t table, namely 3.573> 1.984 and the significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 3) There is the influence of years of service and education levels of teachers to the teacher's perception of the curriculum of 2013. Based on test results obtained value F Fhitung> Ftable is 12.461> 3.00 and a significance value <0.05, namely 0.000. 4) Variable working lives contribute effectively amounted to 7.2558%, the variable level of teacher education contribute effectively amounted to 8.6372%, the total contribution is 15.9% effective, so that it can be said that the level of teacher education more dominant influence teachers' perceptions regarding Curriculum 2013. 5) The test results coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.159 indicates that the influence of years of service and education levels of teachers to the teacher's perception of the curriculum in 2013 was 15.9%, where the remaining 84.1% is influenced by other variables.
