Abstract
The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a conditional social assistance program implemented by the government as a poverty alleviation effort. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PKH based on Minister of Social Affairs Regulation No. 1 of 2018 and the application of the principle of accuracy in PKH assistance in Mrisen Village. In its implementation, families whose economic conditions have improved remain registered as assistance recipients, and changes in their population status have not been reported. These problems indicate that the application of the principle of accuracy as stipulated in Article 10 Paragraph (1) Letter d of Law Number 30 of 2014 concerning Government Administration has not been optimal. The type of research used is empirical juridical with a sociological approach. Data were obtained through interviews and literature studies, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive methods. The results indicate that the implementation of PKH in Mrisen Village has been running in accordance with the provisions of Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2018, but the application of the principle of accuracy in PKH assistance has not been optimal. This is evident in the less-than-optimal information dissemination regarding changes in the socioeconomic conditions of beneficiaries, particularly regarding employment developments and income levels of recipients. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize assistance so that the implementation of PKH is more targeted in accordance with the General Principles of Good Governance (AUPB).
