Abstract
requires the implementation of a reliable structural system that ensures safety, strength, and serviceability. This study focuses on the structural design of a six-story reinforced concrete hotel building located in Mangunsari, designed in accordance with SNI 1726:2019 on Seismic Resistance Design Procedures for Buildings and Non-Building Structures and SNI 2847:2019 on Structural Concrete Requirements for Buildings. The objective of this research is to produce a structural design that meets national standards for strength, stiffness, and stability, The method for designing earthquake loads is the response spectrum method. The results of the analysis show that the 6-story hotel building has a mass capital participation for the X direction of 97.50% and for the Y direction of 97.62%, both of which exceed the minimum standardization of 90%. The final design dimensions consist of 30×50 cm beams, 70×70 cm columns, 13 cm thick slabs, and bored pile foundations with a diameter of 60 cm and depth of 12 m. All structural elements satisfy flexural, shear, and serviceability requirements according to SNI 2847:2019.
