Abstract

One of the diseases with a high prevalence in Indonesia is hypertension. Every year from 2018-2020 there was a decrease in the number of hypertension cases in the city of Surakarta, but this was due to the lack of optimal efforts to find cases through health services inside and outside the building such as the integration of PIS-PK activities, Posbindu PTM and other health facility networks. The Penumping Health Center is a health center that has the lowest percentage for coverage of early detection of NCDs at productive age in Laweyan district. The research aims to determine the participation of cadres in the implementation of the PTM Posbindu in the Penumping Health Center area. This type of research is qualitative with a case study research design. The 18 informants in this study were taken using the snowball sampling technique. The participation of cadres in motivating, communicating, and coordinating the implementation of the PTM Posbindu program is good. The role of cadres in becoming coordinators, movers, monitors, counselors, and recorders
