Abstract

Boyolali Spot Center or mall is the design of a mall building by prioritizing the distinctive characteristics of Boyolali city excellence which can make a significant contribution to both the surrounding community and communities outside Boyolali city. This Boyolali spot center or mall presents several superior products of the city of Boyolali itself by developing and advancing the city of Boyolali so that it can be better known by the wider community. Providing superior products from the city of Boyolali and the characteristics of the city of Boyolali is one of the targets of this mall development. By using Eco Friendly architecture, malls can be built magnificently and prioritize the surrounding natural environment considering that the city of Boyolali is one of the cities that is still beautiful and has many natural resources that can be utilized directly or indirectly. The characteristics of the hilly site and the natural conditions that are still maintained add to the added value of building a spot center in the form of a mall so that people are more comfortable and have their own attraction.
