Abstract

The aims of this study was to analyze (1) implementation of the adiwiyata program at SMA Negeri 2 Klaten. (2) Environmental character on students at SMA Negeri 2 Klaten (3) impact correlation of implementation adiwiyata program on the care for environment character of students at SMA Negeri 2 Klaten. This study used a correlation model with a kuantitatif research. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 2 Klaten, Indonesia. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling and determined 303 subjects. Data collection used a test as an instrument of Adiwiyata program and a questionnaire that were used to know the students' environmental character. The data analysis used normality test, linearity test, homogenitas test, and analyze correlation. Result and Conclusion: 1) the implementation of the adiwiyata program is particularly good on aspects of the school's vision and mission. 2) the character of a student's environment is particularly good on the implementation of the go green program. 3) Spearman rho's nonparametric value (2-tailed) of 0. 000 because of the sig value. A p-value of less than 0. 05 is smaller than 0. 05, that is 0. 000 (2-tailed), which means there is an influence applying Adiwiyata program to the student's environmental character.
