Abstract

Motivation is the main key to the success of the education and teaching process. Therefore, it is necessary to dig deeper into what is an important factor in fostering learning motivation. Learning motivation can be grown through things that are related or directly related to student interactions on campus, such as peer relationships, school involvement, digital literacy, or the learning methods used. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Peer Attachment, School Connectedness, Digital Literacy on Learning Motivation and the effect of Blended Learning as a mediating variable between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This research paradigm is quantitative research. While this type of research is field research and uses a comparative causal approach. This study involved 714 respondents consisting of 343 students of the Faculty of Islamic Religion and 371 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business. The data analysis technique in this study used Smart PLS 4.0.0 by conducting CFA analysis, Outer Model analysis, Inner Model analysis, and also mediating variable analysis. At the faculty of Islamic Religion, and the faculty of Economics and Business. The results of this study indicate the direct influence of Peer Attachment, School Connectedness, Digital Literacy on Learning Motivation and Blended Learning at the Faculty of Islamic Religion. While at the Faculty of Economics and Business shows no direct influence of Peer Attachment on Blended Learning, but Peer Attachment, School Connectedness, Digital Literacy there is a direct influence on Learning Motivation. The existence of this research is expected to add insight into the field of education in order to improve things that can affect learning motivation by creating a good learning atmosphere and also developing digital literacy as a means of learning.
