Abstract
Education is the key to change because education is providing guidance, assistance and assistance to students who have the potential to develop. This potential gradually grows and develops from within the child. Education can be said to be quality if it is able to create an active, creative, innovative learning atmosphere. , and fun so that educational goals can be achieved well This research aims to describe the Integrated Quality Improvement Strategy for Early Childhood Education (PAUD) as well as supporting and inhibiting factors for Increasing the Integrated Quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Surya Alam Sawit Boyolali. This research is qualitative research with the type of research using case studies, data collection using three methods, namely: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques in this research use the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this research show that the Surya Alam PAUD Strategy in Improving the Quality of Education is that the Head of Early Childhood Education in improving the discipline of Mr/Mrs teachers and students, the first thing that is carried out is to improve themselves to become more disciplined so that improving the discipline of Mr/Mrs teachers is not only done verbally. but also through actions. In improving the quality of education, school principals must improve the quality of a teacher in order to achieve a better quality of education. Create programs in one academic year, in the form of annual programs and semester programs. Adding infrastructure so that the teaching and learning process can run well. Develop other programs related to improving the quality of education. And establish communication and collaborative partners with students' parents The factor that hinders improving the quality of education at PAUD Surya Alam is student selection. This selection plays a role in improving the quality of education because when students do not support it, students become an obstacle in efforts to improve the characteristics of PAUD education using a central approach method. Where learning is carried out in "circles" (circle times) and play centers. Meanwhile, the factors in improving the quality of education at PAUD Surya Alam are the existence of school goals, the motivation of the school principal, the motivation of the teaching staff and the motivation of all children.
