Abstract
Tourism is a very important sector for a country or region. The development of the tourism sector in a country or region will attract other sectors to develop as well because their products are needed to support the tourism industry, such as the agricultural, livestock, plantation, folk crafts, increased employment opportunities, and so on. One of the tourist attractions that applies the concept of tourism and livestock is the Edufarm Green Leaf Farm (PHD) which is located in Malasan Village, Trenggalek Regency, East Java Province. This tourist attraction has been visited by many domestic tourists and has recorded quite a large turnover. However, currently PHD Edufarm is experiencing a decline in the number of visitors which has resulted in a decrease in turnover. The research was carried out with the aim of developing a tourist attraction business development model using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The results of SEM analysis will provide insight into the influence of internal and external factors on tourism business performance. It is hoped that carrying out this research can provide a significant contribution in formulating tourism business development strategies more effectively.
