Abstract
As an area that is developing as a local activity center, Sukoharjo Sub-district has a lot of capacity to be developed to grow into an urban area by considering the value of land prices. Land price analysis can be known through remote sensing and geographic information systems. This research aims to determine the distribution of land price classes in Sukoharjo Sub-district and analyze the dominant factors affecting land prices in Sukoharjo Sub-district. The data analysis method used in this research is to use a weighted tiered quantitative method for land price parameters and then overlay to determine the distribution of land price classes. Apart from that, image interpretation is needed to obtain land use information and field surveys to validate the interpretation results. The nominal land prices information was obtained throught interviews with local village officials. Based on the research results, the land price class in Sukoharjo Sub-district is divided into three classes, namely the low land price class with a land price value of Rp 200.000 – Rp 1.499.999, the medium price class has a land price of Rp 1.500.000 – Rp 4.999.999, and the high price class has a land price value of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 15.000.000. The distribution of low land proce class in Sukoharjo Sub-district has an area of 2.401,21 ha, medium price class has an area of 1.928,73 ha, and high land price class has an area of 348,85 ha. The dominant factor affecting land price in this study is the positive land accessibility factor that dominates in all land price classes.
