Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of self-efficacy, organizational experience and learning achievement on student work readiness. This research aims to determine self-efficacy, organizational experience and learning achievement on student work readiness. This research is a type of quantitative research. The object of this research is students with a sample size of 213 data obtained with an error rate of 10% due to the large population size and by using the Isaac and Michael table considerations. The research results show that the three independent variables studied by the author, namely self-efficacy, organizational experience and learning achievement, have a significant effect on student work readiness. The purpose of this research is to add to the knowledge of Self-Efficacy, Organizational Experience and Learning Achievement on Work Readiness which will then become a reference and point of reference in subsequent research.
