Abstract
Learning supervision is starting to become lax while efforts to improve the quality of learning are being pushed back and forth. The aim of this research is to map strategic factors for delivering supervision results and follow-up plans. This is a quantitative research, with a census design, where 280 teachers were asked to fill out a questionnaire on Google Formula, for reasons of being technologically ignorant, only 213 teachers filled it out. The incoming data is processed using SEM. The research results show that planning, IT-based communication, implementation and delivery of learning supervision results have a direct influence on follow-up plans for supervision results. Meanwhile, follow-up plans are influenced by planning, IT-based communication, and implementation through the delivery of supervision results.
