Abstract
MSMEs are the driving force of the economy in Indonesia, so BTPN Syariah provides a program to empower productive underprivileged customers through the Sahabat Daya Program. The role of Sahabat Daya facilitators as customer companions in providing on-site support to BTPN Syariah customers to improve the quality of their knowledge and understanding so that the products produced have value and are able to compete with larger industries. Facilitators are expected to be able to operate e-learning, master mentoring materials, and be able to provide solutions to obstacles experienced by MSME actors. These obstacles can be found solutions through assistance and implementation of the Right Power Platform material.
