Abstract
Indonesian language learning, especially in teaching literature in schools using drama scripts, is an opportunity for an active and enjoyable learning process. This research aims to explain the structure and form of moral values contained in the drama script Dia Yang Kunanti by Bambang Sugiarto. the research applies descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection is done by literature study and then analysed with the Simak catat technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that: 1) the structure of the play Dia Yang Kunanti by Bambang Sugiarto is themed family conflict with various problems in the past. The characterisation in the play has a total of 5 characters who have their own characters. The setting of the place in the script is explained at the beginning of the narration of the script, namely the setting of the manor house or Ndoro Sosro's house, the time setting can be analysed as occurring during the day, the atmosphere in the script is in the form of longing, anxiety, tension, cheerfulness. The plot in the play uses a forward-moving plot with plot-building stages, namely the setting stage, conflict emergence stage, conflict escalation stage, climax stage, and resolution stage. 2) Moral values in the play Dia Yang Kunanti by Bambang Sugiarto there are 7 moral virtues contained in the script, namely authentic values, moral honesty, willingness to take responsibility, moral independence, moral courage, humility, and realistic and critical which are described through dialogue quotes of the characters in the script. 3) The results of this study can be implemented in literature learning as teaching materials and lesson plans in junior high school class VIII even semester with Basic Competencies 3.16 and 4.16.
