Abstract
The Family Bakery bread business located in Dukuh Angle, Bulakrejo Village, Sukoharjo is a form of micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME). As a business actor, of course you will face business competition, both large scale business actors and small business actors (home industry), as is the case in the Roti Family Bakery home industry. Roti Family Bakery is a home industry that operates in the field of making bread and marketing it. The aim of this research is to examine whether promotion, price and service quality influence customer satisfaction at Roti Family Bakery Sukoharjo. This research method is quantitative with a survey design. The population of this study was 160 family bakery customers. The sample uses the Linkert formula with a total of 61 samples. The sampling technique uses a random probability sampling system. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 25 application. Research Results: 1. Promotion has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Roti Family Bakery Sukoharjo, this is proven by research results which show a significance value of 0.00<0.05, 2. Price does not has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Roti Family Bakery Sukoharjo, this is proven by research results which show a significance value of 0.829<0.05, 3. Service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Roti Family Bakery Sukoharjo, this is proven by research results that shows a significance value of 0.00<0.05, 4. Price Promotion and Service Quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Roti Family Bakery Sukoharjo, this is proven by research results which show a significance value of 0.00<0.05.
