Abstract
One of the behavioral characteristics of millennial employees in Indonesia is that they have a lower level of loyalty to the company than previous generations. One factor that can influence an employee's desire to stay in a company is the spirituality of the work environment. This research aims to determine the influence of the spirituality of the work environment on the intention to stay in millennial employees. The approach in this research is quantitative with simple bootstrap regression analysis. This research uses a nonprobability sampling technique with saturated sampling, so that the sample in this research is 46 millennial employees of PT Hasnur Jaya Utama. The instruments used in this research were the work environment spirituality scale with a reliability of 0.934 and an intention to stay scale with a reliability of 0.849. The results of a simple bootstrap regression analysis test show that there is a positive and significant influence of work environment spirituality on the intention to stay among millennial employees of PT Hasnur Jaya Utama in South Jakarta, with a p value < 0.05, β = 0.303, t = 40.476, CI Lower 0.272, and Upper CI 0.319. Companies need to pay attention to the spirituality of employees' work environment to be able to maintain the intention to stay among millennial generation employees.
