Abstract
This test aims to determine the effect of modifying the outlet box filter with varying cone angles on the performance of the Honda Supra X 100 motorbike. Performance indicators include Torque, Power and Specific Fuel Consumption values. One method to improve motorbike performance is to use a modified outlet box filter with varying cone angles of 1730, 1660, 1600. This test was carried out using Dynotest and a Honda Supra X 100 motorbike. The results of testing modifications to the outlet box filter using variations in cone angles show the effect on motorbikes, namely increasing the performance of the Honda Supra X 100. The highest performance increase was obtained when the motorbike used a 1600 cone angle variation with the highest torque value of 6.55 Nm at an engine speed of 5098 rpm, the highest power value of 5.8 HP at an engine speed of 7174 rpm, and the highest specific fuel consumption value was obtained when the bicycle The motorbike uses a variation of the cone angle of 1730 with a specific fuel consumption value of 0.4064 kg/hour HP at an engine speed of 7361 rpm.
