Abstract

Sapta Mitra Clinic is a health service located in Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta. Sapta Mitra Clinic faces capacity and efficiency constraints in patient registration. To meet the public's need for quality health services, an online patient registration service is needed. This health service system uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL database. This system aims to increase efficiency, accuracy and accessibility of health service delivery at the Sapta Mitra Clinic. The system can help patients register for health checks, provide information about health facilities and provide online consultations. This research uses the waterfall method in system development and questionnaires to collect data from respondents. System testing is carried out using the black box method to verify system input and output results and ensure the system operates as expected. The test results show that the system works effectively as expected. Testing using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method on 28 respondents showed that the system had an Acceptable usability level.
