Abstract
What are the differences in land use between before and after the Detailed Spatial Plan (RDTR). Analyzing changes in land use in Pandih Batu District, Pulang Pisau Regency. Descriptive research was used because the study wanted to compare the conditions of the research location between before and after the RDTR, so a description of the conditions of the research location was needed. Changes in use in Pandih Batu District were dominated by paddy fields and settlements. In residential land use, it can be concluded that the population in Pandih Batu District has increased, Pandih Batu District is an area that is easily accessible to anyone. However, the spatial information is not much updated in this area. Do some research first for the area description chapter because not many studies use that area Keywords: RDTR, Land Use
