Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of top management support, user capabilities, and training and education programs on the performance of accounting information systems at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. The population in this study were 40 employees in the finance and accounting department at PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. This study used a questionnaire method for the data collection process. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. With the SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that peak support affects the performance of accounting information systems. While the ability of users and training and education programs have no effect on the performance of accounting information systems.
