Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work discipline, work infrastructure, and work environment on employee performance. The method in data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnares to 45 employees of Fakultas Hukum, Ilmu Sosial, Ilmu Politik Universitas Terbuka. The result of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0,125 > 0,05,work infrastructure has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0,093 > 0,05, and work enivroment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance with significant value 0,896 > 0,05, taken together, work discipline,work infrastructure, and work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance with an significant value 0,077 > 0,05.
