Abstract

As we know that if a nation has good quality education, then the future generation of the nation will also be good, and vice versa if the generation or successor of the nation is damaged, the future of the nation will be bleak. Education is very important for all human beings who aim to educate and develop potential within. By growing and developing each individual can have creativity, broader knowledge, good personality and be a responsible person. This thesis discusses "Learning Strategies for Islamic Religious Education at the Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency. Where the formulation of the problem is as follows: What are the learning strategies for Islamic Religious Education at Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency, What are the obstacles encountered in learning Islamic Religious Education at Tiwikrama Vocational School, Mamuju Regency and What efforts are made in learning Islamic Religious Education at Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, District Mamuju. The type of research used is qualitative research. Based on the results of this study, it shows that: the strategy applied by PAI teachers at the Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency, namely the expository strategy, the teacher conveys teaching material to a group of students. Inquiry strategy, the teacher tries to present students' thinking skills. Problem-based strategy, the teacher emphasizes students to be able to solve a problem. There are several obstacles that impede the learning of Islamic religious education at the Tiwikrama Computer Vocational School, Mamuju Regency, namely: internal factors, namely coming from the students themselves who lack interest in learning Islam. External factors come from the family and community environment. To overcome these obstacles, various efforts were made by teachers, including carrying out religious activities that directly involved students and building communication with parents and guardians of students.
