Abstract
This study aimed to describe the Pesma English Conversation program implementation at Pesma KH Mas Mansur. The research design was a descriptive study. The subjects of this study were eight students who stayed in the international boarding school of Pesma KH Mas Mansur. In collecting data, the researcher used observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed qualitatively. The findings of this study revealed that the implementation of the Pesma English Conversation program consists of three components: techniques, learning media, and handouts. On the other hand, there are problems in this program, such as the lack of collaboration between the language department and English tutors, the limitation of learning media, and less practice. Then the appropriate solutions for these problems include strengthening the collaboration between the language department and English tutors, improving learning media, and more practicing. As a result, these findings confirm the implementation, problems, and solutions to the problems in the Pesma English Conversation program at Pesma KH Mas Mansur.
