Abstract

This research is motivated by the growing process of education. Film media is a medium that can be used in the digital era as it is now. The aims of this study were (1) to know the values of Islamic education in the film Ranah 3 Warna, and (2) to find out the contribution of the Ranah 3 Warna film to the world of Islamic education. The type of research used is library research or literature that is qualitative. The approach used is the Narrative Analysis approach. Data was collected using the method of observing and noting, documentation, and observation. The validity of the data using triangulation and analysis using the analysis stage according to Miles & Huberman namely Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Drawing Conclusions or Verification. The research results obtained in the form of Ranah 3 Warna Films are included in Islamic films that contain da'wah messages in them. The message conveyed implicitly or explicitly is emphasized in the sentence Man Shabara Zhafira which means whoever is patient will be lucky. The da'wah values contained in the film include religious values, social values, religious values, and also moral values. Contributions that are reflected in the world of education include the attitude of hard work, the formation of good character, the formation an attitude of mutual help, an attitude of self-confidence.
