Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of teamwork and organizational commitment on employee performance at Company X Textile in Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative study by collecting data using a questionnaire on a number of 100 employees. The sample in this study was obtained using random sampling method. The resources used in this research are primary data. The measurement scale used is using five Likert scales. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the data analysis in this study indicate that teamwork has an effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance, and teamwork and organizational commitment have both had an effect on employee performance at X Textile company in Sukoharjo.
