Abstract
At this time the most important thing for humans is health. Health Human Resources in Indonesia in 2021 there will be 1,850,926 health workers. In Central Java Province in 2021, there will be 256,450 health workers. The majority of health workers in Central Java do not meet the 2021 and 2025 target ratio. Jepara is a district located in Central Java Province. According to BPS Kab. Jepara 2019, there was a decrease in the number of health workers in Jepara Regency from previously in 2015 there were 1,178 health workers to 822 health workers. The solution to increase the number and interest of health workers in Jepara is realized in the form of a high school for health sciences. The development of higher education in Indonesia continues to increase. According to Higher Education Statistics in 2020, there are 4,593 tertiary institutions in Indonesia, which experienced a decrease in the previous year of only 0.01%. This development will certainly not be separated from the development of facilities and infrastructure. The government sees the application of energy efficiency and conservation in a building as important. Through the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2007. The design of a high school of health sciences in Jepara uses an emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation starting from the issue of the energy crisis and the increasing demand for energy in all fields. The emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation in this design is based on the Green Building Council of Indonesia with the Greenship New Building V1.2 assessment. The purpose of this design is to produce a health science high school design with an emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation. The methods used are site surveys.
