Abstract

The researcher aims to analyze the factors that influence organizational commitment in terms of intrinsic and extrinsic motivation with cross-culture as a mediating variable. In this study, 100 LPIA employees were used as respondents.The method of selecting the sample with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis used SEM-PLS with the smartPLS-3 application. The results of this study found that intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment both directly and mediated by cross-culture. In contrast to extrinsic motivation has no significant negative effect on organizational commitment directly, but a significant positive effect when mediated by cross-culture. With this research, it is hoped that related institutions can increase cross-culture through intrinsic motivation so that it can bring about organizational commitment.
