Abstract
Indonesia is a country that is based on law where in all life in society, nation and state must obey the rule of law. In these provisions it can be seen that the people of the Republic of Indonesia must comply with the applicable law, namely the Law. In addition to laws, Indonesia also has sources from all sources of law, namely Pancasila or the 5 foundations of national, social and state life. Workers in Indonesia have a source of law, namely Law Number 13 of 2003 in which all provisions on workers' rights are regulated in the Law. There are still many companies that have not carried out their obligations to fulfill workers' rights based on Law Number 13 of 2003. This research uses a normative research method. The results of this study the authors explain that it is important for companies to provide workers' rights based on Law Number 13 of 2003 on workers because all workers have an active role to get their rights. If there is a company that does not provide workers' rights according to Law Number 13 of 2003, the company will be subject to sanctions according to applicable law.
