The development of the Internet in the digital era is now increasing rapidly, becoming a major requirement among various circles of the general public. Internet Service Provider (ISP) is a partner for people who use the internet because it becomes a necessity. Apart from the general public, ISPs are also an important requirement in certain companies or agencies. Network management requires good requirements according to parameters in an institution. Clinic dr. Sri Ningsih is a health service center in the village and several other surrounding villages. The purpose of this research is to set up a network management system so that the use of the internet network can function according to the priorities and needs of its users. Based on the results of a case study conducted at the clinic dr. Sri Ningsih regarding restrictions on the use of social media using the Mikrotik Firewall and Queues at Mikrotik with restrictions via Layer7 Protocol on working hours could be affected in performance of employees at the clinic. ISP bandwidth subscribed to is 50 Mbps with a maximum of 20 mobile device users connected. So it is necessary to divide the appropriate Bandwidth, namely 250 kbps. In addition, the internet speed at the clinic is more stable when accessing certain domains, Internet speed can reduce the activity of opening things that are not needed can be seen from the bandwidth provided. Applications that are filtered in the Layer7 Protocol are social media applications in the form of Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, and Twitter, as well as streaming applications, namely Youtube.
