Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment, work discipline, and rewards on employee performance at the Surakarta City Education Office and the sample of this study were Surakarta City Education Office employees with a total sample of 100 respondents. Source of data in this research is primary data. Data analysis using SMARTPLS tool. This research is expected to be a guideline that can be used by various other government agencies in determining the influence of employee performance and increasing employee discipline at work. This type of research is quantitative research. The results of this study indicate 1) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3) Reward has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
