Abstract

This research relates to employee work discipline. This study aims to determine the application of the finger print attendance system affects employee work discipline. 2) To determine the effect of motivation on employee work discipline. This research uses causal quantitative research. The population of this research is 70 people in CV. Gravista Sekarpace was used as a sample. This study used sampling with saturated sampling technique. Results of data processing: the variable applying the finger print attendance system is 4.194, the work motivation variable is 4.062 and the ttable value = 1.996, this means that tcount > ttable then Ho is rejected so that there is a significant effect of the application of the finger print attendance system and work motivation on work discipline individually.
