Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation and compensation on employee turnover intention at private hospitals in Sukoharjo. With the research population of all private hospital employees as many as 314 respondents, the sample from the study used a saturated sample or all employees became respondents. Through a quantitative descriptive approach, namely an intensive, in-depth, detailed, and comprehensive case study approach. To determine the level of reliability of the questionnaire, alpha calculation techniques or cronbach calculations are used, where the calculations use the SPSS 22 for Windows program and use multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the study show that leadership style has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention in private hospitals in Sukoharjo. Work motivation has a negative and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention in Private Hospitals in Sukoharjo. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on Employee Turnover Intention of Private Hospitals in Sukoharjo. Simultaneously Leadership Style, Work Motivation and Compensation have a negative and significant influence on Employee Turnover Intention of Private Hospitals in Sukoharjo.
