Abstract
Performance is the result achieved by a person over a certain period of time and in the field of work that has been occupied. To find out, problems can be formulated, among others: The effect of discipline on the performance of Boba time Solo Jogja employees, The influence of leadership style on the performance of Boba time Solo Jogja employees, The influence of the work environment on the performance of Boba time Solo Jogja employees. This study uses a quantitative method, where the object used in this study is Boba time Solo Jogja employees with a population of 145 crew while the sample used is 100 respondents with the sampling method using the principle of probability while the type of sampling used is simple random sampling. This study uses primary data sources with data collection using questionnaires while the measurement of this research data uses a Likert Scale as reference. Test the validity of the instrument obtained the results of all data declared valid. While the reliability test obtained the results of the three independent variables declared reliable. The classical assumption test in the normality test obtained that the residual value was normally distributed, the heteroscedasticity test obtained the results of the regression model in this study that there were no heteroscedasticity problems, and the multicollinearity test obtained that the data did not experience multicollinearity. Data analysis was carried out using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, the results obtained that the variable attitude of discipline, leadership style and work environment made a positive contribution to employee performance. The results of the simultaneous analysis show that discipline, leadership style, and work environment together have a significant effect on the performance of Boba Time Solo Jogja employees. The results of the partial analysis show that discipline, leadership style and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of Boba Time Solo Jogja employees. Analysis of the Coefficient of Determination gives the result that the independent variable affects the dependent variable by 55.9%. It can be concluded that discipline, leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
