Abstract

This research focuses on implementing the andragogical approach in learning Arabic in online Hifdzi classes at the Al-Azhar Arabic language course, Pare, Kediri. Against the backdrop of the success in implementing the andragogical approach carried out in full time classes at the Al-Azhar Pare Arabic course institution, Kediri, the research objectives were describe the implementation of the andragogical approach and to find out the obstacles in implementing andragogy at the Al-Azhar, Pare Al-Azhar Pare Arabic course institution Kediri. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive analysis with a type of field research and a phenomenological approach. The subjects in this study were teachers and student of online Hifdzi classes and informants from institutional stakeholders and anyone involved in this learning. Data collection methodes namely observation, interviews and documentation. Methodes of data analysis by reducing data, displaying data drawing conclusions. Based on the conclusion of the implementation of the andragogical approach in learning Arabic in online Hifdzi classes at the Al-Azhar Arabic course institution, Pare, Kediri. Can be implemented properly. The teacher as a learning facilitator, student are free to choose which class they want to follow. With material on memorizing Arabic vocabulary using WhatsaApp, e-learning and Goggle meet learning media, and evaluations in the from of daily and weekly assignments to measure the extent to which student are able to participate in learning. The internal obstacle in implementing the andragogy approach in this class is the passivity of student in doing assignments, and the external obstacle is the absence of a learning Implementation Plan as a reference for learning and an error e-leaning system.
